Spring

As the earth begins to awaken with the emergence of blossoms and flowers so too our spirit is refreshed and is anxious to move towards progress. We all feel upliftment in the knowledge that the darkness of winter moves away and we can feel the warmth of the sun. Try to utilise this time of growth to work upon your own power and visualise the chakras being energised moving from the base chakra,through all, until you reach the crown and feel the sunlight and the inpouring of spiritual energy.
